At UNJELLIC, every order is carefully packed and dispatched from India. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders — including personalised and made-to-order pieces — are made, quality-checked, engraved (where applicable) and packed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Any specific timelines will be noted on the product page.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. The following rates apply at checkout:

Delivery time: Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch, so most orders reach you in 4–6 business days in total.
Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email and/or Whatsapp once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment on our website.
Coverage: We ship to most pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before your order is confirmed. COD availability may vary by location.
Please note: Transit times vary by destination and courier, and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. The following rates apply at checkout:

Delivery time: International orders typically arrive in 12–16 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: All international orders are shipped with a tracking number, shared via email after dispatch.
Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate. UNJELLIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Coverage: Not all international destinations may be available at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
