Shipping & delivery
Yes. Every Unjellic order ships free worldwide — no minimum, no exceptions.
Orders within India arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–16 days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Yes. Every shipment includes tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, email us at support@unjellic.com.

Returns & refunds
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window from the date of delivery, for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Email us at support@unjellic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours on business days and handle everything from there.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once initiated.

Yes. Every Unjellic order ships in our signature gift-ready packaging by default — no extra step needed. Add a personal note at checkout and we'll include it inside.
