We will be happy to assist you with an exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that we do not offer refunds for exchanges; only one exchange per purchase is allowed.
• Non-Eligible Returns: We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect upon arrival. In such cases, we offer an exchange, but not a refund.
